Two time Grammy nominated Jon Kaplan began his music career as many producers of his era have, jamming John Paul Jones licks in his Long Island bedroom. Formative years playing in a slew of poorly named bands throughout high school and college led to a storied tenure with Atlantic Recording artist, The Hatters.

Eight hundred shows, four years, and three albums later, Jon decided he had visited enough truck stops and landed a job at the world class Right Track Recording studio (Metallica, Hole, The Neptunes) in New York City.

There, Jon began his career on the other side of the glass, working alongside the likes of Phil Ramone, Frank Filipetti, The Track Masters, Neil Dorfsman, and a long partnership with A&R legend, Peter Robinson.

After 5 years working in his own room alongside Oliver Straus at the iconic Williamsburg recording studio Mission Sound, Jon has recently moved his Lemonade Stand to Los Angeles.

Jon's name has appeared on albums totaling sales of over 25 million.
